Elder Joseph B. Wirthlin taught, “We must heed the voice that tells us that Heavenly Father loves us and that, as His children, we are of infinite worth and He wants us to be happy.”
3 Nephi 12:6 And blessed are all they who do hunger and thirst after righteousness, for they shall be filled with the Holy Ghost.
To 'hunger and thirst after righteousness is to choose the right.
“So much in life depends on our attitude. The way we choose to see things and respond to others makes all the difference. To do the best we can and then to choose to be happy about our circumstances, whatever they may be, can bring peace and contentment.”
—President Thomas S. Monson
It is all up to you. You choose. It takes just as much if not even more effort to hold in a grudge and anger. Choose to live the life that will bring you peace, happiness, and strength even in the low of all low moments.
