About a year and a half ago I was able to work with The Piano Guys. Well, now I can say I have been able to work with them twice, making it a total of FOUR shows with them. Such an awesome experience to work with such talented musicians and such an awesome crew! You can read my about my first time working with them here.
As if I haven't said it enough, I LOVE MY JOB. I have really been blessed to work with some incredible people in my 3 years with Center Stage and as I am getting closer and closer to my graduation in April I was really fortunate to work with one of my favorite groups twice!
Not only did my parents make the drive from Boise but my sister and her whole family did. It was awesome to have all of them come enjoy the show!
Pre-show paparazzi shot by my niece! :) Tyler and I were working hard!
Morgan and I! :) I was her favorite... at least for a day!
Can you tell we are sisters? Yeah, me neither. ;)
It scares me how fast these two have grown up... my little teenagers!
This might be one of my favorite photos. The family + The Piano Guys= Great moment captured!
OKAY. This picture is my pride and joy! As marketing director I wanted to come up with something fun to do to promote and sell out the Saturday concert. We had about 400 seats left to sell and I wanted to sell them. I knew I wanted to do something with social media. As I thought about it, I knew they did one song all together and I thought it would be great to get a backstage shot of them during "What Makes You Beautiful" with the sold out crowd behind them. Then post it after the show. So, when I went to The Piano Guys and asked them about doing this I was more than thrilled when they not only agreed to it but said they would stop the show and come around the to the back of the piano and take this picture. To top it off Paul Anderson let me use his incredibly fancy and expensive camera to take the picture. So, YES. I TOOK THIS PICTURE. I am by no means a photographer but give me a nice camera and I can take a good photo! ;P The greatest moment was when The Piano Guys posted this photo on their own facebook page! Yeah, I'll pretend like that didn't make my year.
If you look closely enough you can see me taking the picture above! :)
This photo is the Center Stage Board members and then directors as well. It is awesome to be able to do what we do on campus and not a day goes by that I am not reminded of that!
After the concert on Saturday I arranged to have Braden(One of our lighting guys) to give Garrin (The Piano Guys Tour Manager) a tour of the BYU-Idaho Center. It was so cool. We went up on the catwalk and then got to see everything behind the scenes. So cool! The catwalk was a little bit scary.
All in all, Life is AWESOME. I don't know what is next in my plan but I can tell you that replacing Center Stage is going to be hard for me. It's a serious job to top!

Make my day... leave me a message. I hate to think I am just talking to hear myself talk. :P
